Q: Shipping Prices
What are your shipping prices?
A:
Shipping for tutorials is always FREE, since they are e-mailed to your e-mail account. They will be attached to your e-mail as PDF files, which are easily opened through Adobe Reader, which should already be installed on your computer. If you have any problems opening your tutorials, please contact deanna@birdsongbows.com.
For bows, shipping prices are $2.25 for purchases under $10, $2.75 up to $19.99 and $3.00 up to $34.99. From $35 to $74.99, shipping is $4.60 Priority Mail. Orders of $75 and over are shipped FREE via USPS Priority Mail.

How long will it take to get my order?
A:
For tutorials, they are generally e-mailed between 1 hour to 12 hours. All tutorials purchased after 10 p.m. U.S. Eastern time will be e-mailed by 8:30 a.m. the next morning (weekdays) and by 9:30 a.m. on weekends.
For bows, all of your items are made after you order them, on a first-paid, first-served basis. Some orders may be shipped as quickly as the next day. Large orders will take longer. I do not stock all of the 100+ colors at all times, so occasionally I will have to order a ribbon for you. I will notify you if this is the case. On average, it takes about 3-4 days after you order for me to make a pair of bows and send to you. This may take longer during the Easter, Back To School, and winter holidays seasons. I strive to make all orders within a week of purchase, even if I've had to order a ribbon color for you.
Q: Credit Cards and Personal Checks
Do you accept credit cards or personal checks?
A:
I accept Paypal, which takes all major credit cards. It's quick and easy to sign up for Paypal, and it's secure. Be sure to read the information on how to identify "spoof," or fake, e-mails from Paypal and you will never have a problem!
I also accept money orders, cashier checks, and postal money orders. Personal checks will be accepted but ONLY from northern Indiana banks. Thank you.

How are tutorials shipped?
Which carrier ships your packages?
A:
Tutorials are sent via e-mail, through a PDF attachment that should be easily opened once you click on the file name. The file name is next to a little paper clip symbol at the top of your e-mail.
For packages, I use the U.S. Postal Service. All orders under 34.99 will ship First Class. All orders $35 and over will ship Priority mail. First Class mail can take up to 5 days to receive, while Priority will take (usually) no more than 3 days.
Q: Packaging
How do you package your bows? I don't want mine to be smashed.
A:
Clippies are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in either 5 x 7" or 9 x 12" envelopes. Bows are shipped in sturdy, corrugated boxes and wrapped in tissue.
